Parachute in new players that join instead of making them spectators.

What if... we parachute in one grub for newly joined players mid-game.

Probably a game setting? But sounds fun imo.

Right now when people join mid-game to check out the game they tend to leave because they've only got spectator going on.

This one gets a lot easier when we have parachute behavior in via a tool already.
