"Files without tests" lists are displayed in summary output

I don't think this is right; I think they should be relegated to the details log.

Check to see what __run_test_suite__ does for this.

Looks like __run_test_suite__ displays them all in a single list at the bottom of the detailed output in fntests.log, not to the console where progress goes.
