Test_Misc_018 failes when executed "normally"

It worked before I changed the test so that it used two different temp folders, one of which is managed.

Since then it 100% reproducibly fails, but when I trace through the code it works.

This was caused by an incorrect check to determine if the dependency list had been modified after the build list had been compiled.

Fixed in 0.103.0.
