A license will be useful to people who utilize this wrapper in their projects.
I suggest https://choosealicense.com/, you can even automatically create a pull request from the website.
For example: https://github.com/apmorton/pyhidapi/community/license/new?template=MIT

MIT license is already specified in setup.py, but I have added a license file for clarity
