Changes to support downloading models from web, and interfacing with web page

Hi,
I made some changes to your open source version of the AndARModelViewer
project, to support two features I wanted:
1. Ability to call AndARModelViewer from a web page on the Android
2. Ability to get a model from the web.
I've attached the source changes for those features, and if you would like to
include them in your next updates that would be fine.
