MailTrackerBlocker 0.4.12 seems to be working as expected for me. There's 12 images tags:

• 1 logo at the top
• 1 editor portrait thumbnail
• 2 photos (masked woman, J&J vials)
• 1 ad
• 1 banner "Inheritance"
• 5 icons/logos in the footer
• 1 hidden tracker

They're all rendered except for the tracker (will need to add an identifier rule for this, thanks for sharing). Which images are missing when MailTrackerBlocker is on (versus disabled)? Are you on the latest version (0.4.12)?
