Are you not seeing this blue icon in any email that you received from Canary?

Nope. I see it for other trackers like SendGrid or Mailchimp, but not canary, oddly enough.

For that specific email that isn't being blocked, could you send it to me by going to File > Save As > (eml) then sending me that file attachment?

Hmm. Seems to be hit or miss (sometimes blocked, sometimes not); I'll do some investigation on my side and re-open this issue once I figure out what's happening.
