I use MacBookPro (intel 2020) with Ventura 13.4.1 (c).
Mail crashes on opening with 1.0 version of MailTrackerBlocker from Appstore

Thanks for reporting. Someone else reported a similar crash. In his case, he had the old mail plugin enabled as well. Do you happen to have that enabled/installed? One thing that seems to solve a lot of issues is doing a complete index rebuild. Could you please try that?

My tests:
old mail plugin alone: apple mail works
old mail plugin + extension together:apple mail crashes on open
extension alone: mail crashes on open
then complete index rebuild: does not succeed - Why?
then I rebuild each mailbox individually
delete old plugin
install extension
apple mail works, but I have already had two Apple mail crashes while typing this results, but I can reopen Apple mail

If possible, could you post the crash report? You have to hit Report... then copy and paste the text under Problem Details and System Configuration.

Now the mail app crashes every time on opening on my macbookpro. I send you the log file now through mail on my iphone.

Thanks. With Mail closed, I suggest going to your Applications folder and deleting MailTrackerBlocker (to disable it and allow you to use Mail) for the time being. Still looking into this issue

Alternatively, you can definitely use 0.7.16 for the time being since it's quite mature at this point.
