Query size parameter

Hello.
I have a trouble with querying large index, cause i can't set query size parameter.
It would be nice to add this parameter to query form.
Or atleast it should be setted to 100 as default (for example).

@arkhamvm You can currently set size by adding a querystring for it like below.
