bug: Cannot access org.openqa.selenium.Rotatable

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

After upgrading appium internal version of selenium to the 4.7.0 there is an access error to org.openqa.selenium.Rotatable

Expected Behavior

it should execute normally

The patch has been released in java-client v 8.3.0
