Symbol "\" in messages when use code or link in markdown

Hi, I think I found small bug)

When I use format: markdown, use string with letter "_" as first symbol (folder name in my situation) and as result different cases:

  • "_Some text" as normal text - ok
  • _Some text with "'" symbol around - as result "_Some text" in Telegram message I see symbol "" as first
  • [_Some text](some link) - "" symbol too in Telegram, as result "_Some text"

I have the same issue, cannot put the URI with "_" sign inside – it converts to %5c and breaks the link.
