Allocate time to figure out python packaging

I can help with this -- it's actually pretty straightforward once you get a few details right (mainly updating the package version correctly) and I follow this guide: https://packaging.python.org/en/latest/tutorials/packaging-projects/#generating-distribution-archives
important choice though is what to call it! would love to have a nod to mwparserfromhell
as that's been a huge source of inspiration -- e.g., mwheavenlyhtml
or mwhtmlwithlove
-- but we should brainstorm more!
I love both of these names, with a slightly more inclinations towards the second one xD
what do you think @martingerlach ??

Yes, the naming is important. Love Isaac's suggestion to give a nod to mwparserfromhell. Ideas I can think of:
mwparserfromhtml
mwparserfromheaven
