how to specify a pip requirements dependency as a git repo url? possible?
indeed we should create a pyliones pypa package, however until then it would be nice to fix the sphinxmixcrypto requirements.txt to install the latest pylioness from the git repo.

there is now a pypi packet for pylioness so that fixes this issue.
