Remove old files

Remove old files from the repo:

• .tex files are old content from an old version of the docs.
• _build/html/_static/js files are javascript from old versions of the RTD theme, which are mostly overwritten on a clean build with a new version. The footer.js is showing only a single version of the docs - and using a file like this isn't the way to fix #249
