Summary

We discussed a slightly re-designed navigation:

  • Move "Identity" menu from bottom-left to top-right
  • Move Status badge from top-right to bottom-left where the identity menu was
  • Move references page into question mark drop down left to the new location of the identity menu top-right.
  • Updated Screenshots for End-User Documentation

The "change default organization" is currently hidden behind "user settings" which is by default hidden behind my name and avatar at the bottom left - so It's very hard to find the first time. Make it a permanent menu item "My default organization" or "Manage default organization" as long as there are not that many other menu items yet?

My suggestion would be to enhance the "Welcome Screen" (implemented in #113) with a check if the default organization is configured and if not point the user there.

I've implemented the first three points, see attached screenshots.

@tobru are you happy with that or would you like anything differently? I am also happy to jump on a call today or tomorrow to discuss any needed changes - might be easier.

Instead of linking to the /references in the help menu, I'd directly integrate the links from this references page in the help menu.
