Hello, I have been getting this error whenever I want to build or update any of the settings for a project. The error says, "There was an error while trying to complete the current operation. Please contact AppVeyor support". It seems from the previous reports of this same issue that my account needs to be unlocked. Thanks!

Yeah I have the same problem, hope our accounts get unlocked :)
