Aqualink sites sometimes display Malaysia instead of the correct country

On at least two occasions, a newly created site has displayed Malaysia instead of the correct country. Site 3474 was changed to Saudi Arabia but was automatically displayed as Malaysia. We have not yet changed site 3475, and it's still labelled that it's located in Malaysia.
Do we have any ideas of why newly created sites sometimes get labelled with Malaysia instead of the correct country?
This issue is a low priority.
