We could install the command uv, but I'm not sure if uv really works well.
I'm checking.

I'm not familiar with this tool, but in my understanding aqua doesn't need to support executing tools by uv.
I mean aqua doesn't need to support executing commands installed in other than AQUA_ROOT_DIR/bin.
For aqua, uv is a simple single binary same with other tools.

So I think there is no problem.
