Reordering the top of the deck crashes Androminion

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Someone (you or an opponent) plays a card that allows you to change the
order of the cards on top of your deck. Examples include your Navigator or
Cartographer, or an opponent's Rabble or Oracle.
2. Try to reorder your cards
3. Application crashes
Latest Androminion build, Android 4.0.4
As part of this fix, maybe we can make the reorder dialog a little more
friendly (see issue 78).
