Smuggler allows purchase of up to 6p cards rather than 6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Use smuggler and alchemy potion cards
2.Wait for opponent to buy a potion cost card (eg possesion)
3.Use smuggler in your next turn

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Smuggler says to gain a card costing up to 6. Other cards such as remodel will 
not allow you to gain a 6p card instead of a 6 cost card, but smuggler does 
allow you to gain anything up to 6p.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.04 adrominion, 2.3.3 android

Yeah, Smugglers shouldn't be able to gain anything with P in its cost.
