Doesn't shuffle discards during turn

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Get to the end of your deck
2.  Use cellar door to discard cards
3.  The cards you draw will be the ones you just discarded

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When you reach the end of your deck and need to draw new cards it should 
shuffle your discards.


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 3 on Android ICS.

Please provide any additional information below.

Everything looks like it's working to me.  Keep in mind that even after 
shuffling, it is possible that you will sometimes draw the exact same cards you 
discarded.  Every now and then, that will happen.  If you continue to 
consistently see this problem, please attach a game log that shows it.

Here's what I tested specifically.

1) With no cards remaining in the deck, play Cellar.  Discard Copper, Copper, 
Village.
2) (Deck shuffles)
3) Draw Hamlet, Copper, Estate.
