Ubuntu

All kernels being released, from now on, to Ubuntu Bionic and Focal, have BTF support. This means that there is no need to keep adding BTF files for them (and some existing BTF files might be removed).

CentOS

This is also true for centos8, all released kernels support BTF files and we should stop updating the hub and remove the BTF files for the kernels that support it already.

Same with Fedora...
