405 Not Allowed

When I tried to install harbor using the default helm installation in the documentation, I exposed harbor to the public network using nodeport mode, accessed the corresponding port, and was able to access the harbor panel, but logged in using the admin/Harbor12345 user and password. I was prompted that the account password was wrong, but I saw that the request was 405 Not Allowed, and observed the harbor applications inside k3s, and the status was normal.
