I'm being blocked from installing the necessary software needed to complete this task. I only have my smart phone. A REVVL V so any pointers are welcomed

Sorry. I'm still learning how to navigate this site.
I have been unable to install pkgs of any kind. I only have a mobile phone. I received notifications about dependabot viruses. I do not know what is going on only that this has been 13 months now and some instances seem way to personal to be a bot or a virus
