Please help me to install ar_pose package

I try to run code from here: https://github.com/pulver22/ardrone_tf_controller. Before this i tried to install ar_pose by this instruction: https://github.com/ar-tools/ar_tools/tree/master/ar_pose
So i have an error: No such file or directory #include <ar_pose/ARMarker.h>. So I understood that ar_pose was not installed correctly
When I running examples from https://github.com/ar-tools/ar_tools/tree/master/ar_pose, a have next error: ERROR: cannot launch node of type [ar_pose/ar_single]: can't locate node [ar_single] in package [ar_pose]
Please tell me what i do wrong and how to correctly install ar_pose
