Feature request: add the Azerty+ layout

I've just received a new keyboard to test, an Azerty+keyboard.
This layout seems great, it allow an easier access to accentuated and specials characters.... but some pratice is mandatory to adapt, and keybr.com could be a good way to learn and practice :)
