🐛 Bug Report

The following error is thrown when executing aragon apm grant on Rinkeby or mainnet:

UnhandledPromiseRejectionWarning: Error: gas required exceeds allowance (9990236) or always failing transaction

The command is executed successfully in development.

Are there any more details you can provide? I'm unable to replicate this issue.
