Search app name using subgraph or aragonPM instead of hardcoded list

Related to the following issue
Right now, we use an hardcoded list of IDs with the dao apps command to display the app names. It would be interesting to use the new subgraphs to get a more up to date information.
Locally, perhaps fetching aragonPM when unknown apps are found could also be helpful.
