Add more exhaustive tests

In particular, write tests to cover different combinations of:
- Transfer from/to lock
- Increase/decrease allowance
- Increase/decrease lock amount
- Lock/unlock
- Several action wrappers (like unlock and slash)
- Gas tests for common operations (staking, unstaking, locking, transferring, etc)
