rtinst: command not found

I try to install on Raspbian 10, after using sudo bash -c "$(wget --no-check-certificate -qO - https://raw.githubusercontent.com/arakasi72/rtinst/master/rtsetup)"

I get

Then
sudo rtinst --log --webpass myPassword --dload
sudo: rtinst: command not found

And I can't do anything
