Is the starter tool in the compilation result of ArangoDB？

Thanks for this tool, it's very easy to use.

I compiled the ArangoDB but I cannot find the starter tool, so do I need to compile the starter tool after the compilation of of ArangoDB？

Also，I found the arangodb-starter in the https://github.com/arangodb/arangodb/blob/ed1fc6fecf2895bfabe6f03ef9e6b9521381a059/3rdParty/CMakeLists.txt#L283 .
