{De}Select All buttons in X/Y Upload Select File Renders step always act on Data Files

X/Y Upload > Select File Renderer step

Ensure you have non-data files uploaded such as images.

"Additional files" tab.

Select All has no effect. (Seems to be acting on the data files).

Maybe this behavior is okay? I don't think there is any operation that we would want to perform on an 'additional files'.

I just looked at that step and I think we should just hide those buttons when 'Additional Files' is selected and maybe we should change the button to read 'Select All Data Files' and 'Deselect All Data Files' if there is space for it.
