`es.se.search(id=` queries raise an exception if id doesn't exist

raised by #11354, if such a query is called by a datatype post_save action, it shouldn't raise an exception as it breaks the operation in the case of a defer_indexing call of import_business_data

closing this because the example raised in the related issue #11354 came from the CONCEPTS_INDEX not being indexed yet prior to resource indexing taking place. Concepts should always be indexed prior to resource indexing
