Add some type of resolving caching to speed things up

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. test resolve any module or regen repo
Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Perhaps we could save a hash of files in SVN to compare to instead of having
to run an XSLT against all the files. As the repo grows it takes longer and
longer to get things done...
