Add integration tests for Azure Logic Apps

We currently do not have any integration tests for Azure Logic Apps. All the available tests are using subbed versions of actual commands.
Describe the solution you'd like
- Setup Azure Logic Apps that can be enabled/disabled during the integration tests. Keep in mind that parallel runs of the tests can occur
- Write integration tests against Azure Logic Apps.
