Update README with currently available modules

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, we have more available modules than the README specifies. We should consider restructuring to a more readable selection, though, or directly referring to our docs site.

Describe the solution you'd like
Either remove the lists of available PS modules in the README file, or come up with a better way to structure the available modules.
