Use re-usable application version in Serilog configuration across templates

When setting up W3C correlation, we want to use the same application version for built-in Microsoft dependencies as with our Serilog logging.
Describe the solution you'd like
We created an re-usable application name registration that registers the application versino once for both configurations. This is available in Observability v2.7.
