Describe the bug

Links in the repository do not point to new host and URIs. It appears the host has been updated from https://www.graphql-mesh.com to https://the-guild.dev/. Replicated from here: the-guild.org/website issue 1751.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

No sandbox needed, please just review the host and follow the hyperlink.

Expected behavior

New users are able to access the appropriate documentation page by following hyperlinks in the GitHub repository README.
