really portable option

Hi,
sorry to bother you with this question that comes back every year I think, but can't you implement a real option to use portableversion? A real one? After updated to v1.x I cannot anymore use arduino-cli.yaml with relative folder like I did before:

directories:
  data: ./data
  downloads: ./suppr
  user: ../sketchbook

Actually arduino-cli always use the /Arduino15 folder.
