Package info and empty values for package info fields

Is it possible to know the size and description of packages not installed yet?

Also I'm hiding the description info if the value is '(no description available)', but the language depends on the OS language, so for example in my case:

There's a way in the BE to know if the description info in unavailble and not to send any string to the fe?
