Allow to disable cropping / crop non-square regions

Creating LoRA does not require square images, so it would be helpful to be able to tag without cropping to a square region and without restricting deepdanbooru to a selected square.
Best would be to both allow a custom crop size (to create an uniform but possibly non-square dataset) and disabling cropping completely.
