[FEATURE] Make exporting datasets to disk portable with a directory of images

If you export a dataset with images to_disk, the images are represented as data_uri, which get's very large.

Describe the solution you'd like

• we could persist all the images to a local directory inside the disk directory, and then update the record objects to match paths in the directory.
