Can't remove amazfit from xiaomi permissions

As in title. When I try to remove Amazfit from permissions in https://global.account.xiaomi.com/ it says Something went wrong. Wait a minute or two and try again.

Just to delete things that I don't use.
And it's a bit strange that I can't do that.

You should probaby ask Xiaomi or Amazfit support about this strange behaviour.
