Extract old descriptions and introduce them as proper paragraphs

Some time ago there were experiments with addition of description meta tags with extensive unique summary for each page. Later it was scrapped, but it would be nice to scan a history and move these texts into a body of a page to make text-hungry search engines more aware of a site.
