Rework a main page

For now, a main page provides no information for a person who came from the outside and has no time or possibility to browse across all pages.

To increase user engagement on a main page we need to:

• Start a blog
• Implement automatic display of links to puppies on sale on a main page.
• Add a reference to instructions on the page with the puppies.
