Parser Error while running Seal Web Server

Hi Team,
I have downloaded the Seal solution.
Opened it in VS 2017.
Set SealWebServer as the startup project. I have cleaned and built the solution.
Stuck with the following error

Have tried all suggestions provided in the following link. But no luck.

Strange, did you check if you are in 32bit or 64bit when you re-compile all ?
