In fact my examples were wrong

Your localhost interface could not join or listen for remote icmp packet (here 192.168.2.104)

Instead put -l 0.0.0.0 or -l your external ip (reachable by 192.168.2.104)

Also it seems that send file does not have the same behavior than send.
If send file still doesn't work with the above suggestion. Could you please also test the example 1 or 3 and tell me the result?
