Cannot restore tabs from `file://` URLs

Hi!

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a local HTML file in Chrome, i.e. file:///path/to/your/file.html
  2. Suspend the tab
  3. Verify that restoring the tab doesn't work, neither by clicking inside the tab, nor from the Tiny Suspender menu.

Context

Chrome version:
119.0.6045.199
Tiny Suspender version:
2.0.3

I'm unable to reproduce this. Restoring "file://" url seems to be working correctly on my system (linux).
