Middle name not being edited

Hello!

I have an issue that my middle name is not being replaced. It may have something to do with the fact that my deadname's middle name is now my current last name? So, it looks like it's repeating my last name twice. It could also be how my school's website printed my name because it does have weird extra spaces. However, I tried adding spaces to the fields themselves with no luck. I would really appreciate it if you could look into this bug.
