Seems this is wrong:
On (or around) July 24th of 2020, a request for a $2,000 laptop was made by Philip ... The role of treasurer is now back fully in Philip's hands, and has approved the $2,000 laptop. This draws questions on the integrity of Philip's leadership.

Also I'm not the person who controls community funding fully. You may find our current spending policy of the project side of things also here.
Plus, Jonathon was just the initial admin of the groups he created on the fiscal hosts. The actual treasurer is on the fiscal host side to finally approve any spending based on the policies a project has.
